Most of my work is done on a per job flat Rate. Estimates are totally free. Some
estimates I can quote on the phone and some I will need to see before I quote.
For the job's that just cant be flat rate quoted, my rates are $33.00 per hour. I all so offer a  10% Senior Discount !
